National Patient Experience Policy Programme (PEPP) – Local Survey Inventory

As part of the review of the national survey architecture we were keen to ensure that we have a clear and accurate view of local patient experience measurement activities across the NHS. This will help inform our thinking about options for future national patient feedback approaches.

Organisations that are actively engaged in patient experience measurement both quantitative and qualitative approaches have contributed to the inventory via a survey and we want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been involved and their contributions.
