About Us
As part of NHS North West – the Strategic Health Authority based in Manchester the Service Experience directorate developed Inspiration North West following the NHS Review in 2008 and the publication of the North West's ten year vision document 'Healthier Horizons'.
Inspiration North West mission is to:
- Raise the profile and importance of patient's experience
- Develop patient experience measures
- Understand what makes a good experience by inviting the public to share their insights
- Identify and celebrate 'brilliant basics and magic moments'
- Pilot new approaches and methodologies to support best practice
